abstract = {Small cell carcinoma of the cervix (SCCC) is a rare and extremely aggressive malignancy with a poor prognosis. Owing to a lack of specific symptoms and low prevalence, the diagnosis of SCCC is a significant problem. Herein, the clinicopathological features, treatment, and prognosis are described for 2 cases of SCCC. The patients presented with spontaneous vaginal bleeding and post-coital spotting. Following a series of examinations, combined with clinical history, the 2 patients were diagnosed with SCCC. We also present a retrospective case study focusing on important, recently described, uncommon findings in gynecological tumors. The clinicopathological manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment are also discussed.},
