	abstract = {Background: It has been reported that NF-κB interacting long non-coding RNA (NKILA) expression is aberrant in several types of cancers, but its expression level and prognostic value in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) and lung squamous cell cancer (LUSC) remain unclear. Therefore, in this study, we aimed to evaluate the prognostic value of NKILA expression in LUAD and LUSC based on publicly available data. 
Methods: The expression data of NKILA and clinical information concerning LUAD and LUSC were downloaded from the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) datasets. Student’s t-test was utilized to analyze the significance of differences between 2 groups, and a one-way ANOVA was performed to test the significance of differences among 3 or more groups.
